Home Care

Brushing and Flossing regularly are the most important things you can do to help maintain a healthy smile.

Brushing

  • Brush 2 – 3 times a day
  • Use a soft toothbrush - harder bristles can harm tissues
  • Brush for at least 2 minutes
  • Brush your tongue to remove bacteria
  • Change toothbrush regularly

Flossing

  • Floss once a day to remove plaque your toothbrush cannot reach
